"I was transferred here from my previous agent and was with their office for about ten years. After the transfer, I never actually spoke with David Baxter. I had a couple of issues with letters I received from underwriting. I contacted David's office and spoke with Justin at least five times, and each time he represented to me that he'd taken care of it. The last time I spoke with him about the letter, I specifically asked him to follow up with underwriting or look further into the situation and call me back, and he never did. Last month I called to stop the auto pay and they only stopped it for one month, so I got charged with an overdraft fee. David Baxter is never available when I call, and I've totally lost confidence that Justin has everything under control. There's no reason why I should have received the same letter four times -- if he had taken care of it the letters should have stopped. I shouldn't have to call the corporate office to get these situations resolved -- that's what the agents are for. I've been a State Farm customer for close to 20 years and I've had better service with other agents. I switched to another agent's office. ETA: I've reviewed Mr. Baxter's response and I stand by my statements. I have not spoken to David Baxter since I was transferred to his office. We are in agreement that we don't have the same recollection of these events. Interestingly, Mr. Baxter responded to this review with an hour of my posting it. If Mr. Baxter returned phone calls and dealt with issues as quickly as he posted his response to my review, this situation might have turned out differently."

"Hello Christine, Thanks for your feedback. We never want one of our valued policyholders to have a bad experience, and we will certainly apply your feedback to improving our processes. While I don’t think it is productive to rebut the specific issues you brought forth in your review, it is fair to say we have a different view of the events in question. The one thing I will say is that our records show over the last several months you have contacted our office 15 times, and I spoke to you personally on 3 of those occasions. This was the first time that I am aware of that you asked for me personally, and I certainly would have followed up with you as soon as I was free. With that said, there was obviously a communication issue present here, and we take full responsibility for that. We wish you the best of luck in the future, and we are confident your new agent will provide the remarkable service that State Farm is known for. David Baxter"

"Don't know who answers the phone at Mr Baxter's business, but the guy always speaks with confidence & knowledge. His tone exudes calmness and reassurance and regardless of my question, he always seems pleased to assist me. When I raise questions about my policies, he's always well informed and gives me clear concise answers. Overall, Mr Baxter's agency is perhaps the best insurance agency I have ever dealt with."

"Caleb and David are awesome! Caleb walked me through everything when bundling our home and auto and made the process very simple and easy. I recently had a tire blow out on the highway and called them right away, David returned my call within 5 minutes and had a tow truck out fairly quick. I’m very grateful to have these guys, I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a good insurance company with even better people to help with any questions or problems."
